What You're Buying (Digital Content)
Promposal offers virtual products — specifically PromCoins and digital promposals (custom invite links). These products are intangible and delivered immediately upon successful payment.
Cooling-off & Immediate Delivery
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the content has been accessed or the invite link has been generated.
By accepting our immediate delivery during checkout, you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) under EU consumer law once the digital content is made available to you.
Our Discretionary Refunds (Goodwill)
Outside of statutory obligations, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis in these specific situations (subject to verification):
- Duplicate purchase of the exact same PromCoin package in the same account by accident.
- Non-delivery caused by a technical failure on our platform.
- Confirmed technical error that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
Non-Refundable Situations
We strictly do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind: You no longer want the PromCoins or invite after purchasing.
- Subjective dissatisfaction: The recipient declined the invite or the promposal did not go as expected.
- Incomplete reading: Failing to read the product description before purchase.
- Third-party issues: Music providers (Spotify/YouTube) changing availability of tracks linked in your invite.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a goodwill or technical refund:
- Contact us at support@promposal.app within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your Order ID, account email, and a brief description of the issue.
- Provide proof where applicable (e.g., screenshots of technical errors).
Processing Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Upon refund, your PromCoins or published invite link will be revoked.
Abuse Prevention
We track account access logs. Claiming non-delivery when our logs show the product was accessed will result in the refusal of the refund. Repeated abusive claims may lead to an account ban.
